Shipping policy

At WorldThera, we want you to know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives. Below you'll find our processing times, shipping timeframes, and rates for all orders.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high order volume, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay beyond our standard timeframe.

Shipping Time & Rates

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. For example, an order processed in 2 business days with 3 business days of shipping will typically arrive within 5 business days of purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Delays
While we make every effort to ship orders within the timeframes above, occasional delays can occur due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@worldthera.com and we'll help track it down.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@worldthera.com, and we'll work with you to resolve it.
